By registering for or using the DotVoice Vendor Portal (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
DotVoice provides carrier-grade outbound voice API services, real-time audio streaming, DID number provisioning, and a self-service vendor portal. Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis and DotVoice does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. You must notify DotVoice immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each account may only be used by the registered entity.
You agree not to use the Platform for:
DotVoice reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts found in violation.
The Platform operates on a prepaid credit model. Calls are billed per minute at the rate applicable to your account, deducted in real time from your wallet balance. DID number charges are deducted monthly. Credits are non-refundable except at DotVoice’s sole discretion. DotVoice reserves the right to change rates with 7 days’ notice.
Your account is subject to CPS (calls per second) and concurrent call limits as shown in your portal. Exceeding these limits may result in call rejection or temporary throttling. You are responsible for all API activity originating from your credentials.
The Platform, its software, and all associated content are owned by DotVoice and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Platform.
DotVoice may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at its sole discretion with reasonable notice. You may close your account by contacting support. Remaining credits at termination are subject to DotVoice’s refund policy.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DotVoice does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to DotVoice in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
DotVoice may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

DotVoice (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our Vendor Portal.
Account Information: Name, company name, email address, phone number, and billing region provided during registration.
Usage Data: Call logs (destination numbers, duration, status, timestamps), API request metadata, wallet transactions, and DID assignments.
Technical Data: IP addresses used to access the portal and make API calls, browser type, and device information.
KYC Documents: PAN, GSTIN, and Aadhaar details submitted for identity verification, as required by applicable regulations.
IP addresses you submit for API whitelisting are stored and used solely for access control to the DotVoice API. These are not shared with third parties.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
Account data is retained for the duration of your account and up to 3 years after closure to meet regulatory requirements. Call logs are retained for a minimum of 12 months. KYC documents are retained as required by applicable law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed password storage, and API key-based authentication. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Note that some data may be retained to meet legal obligations even after account closure.
We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Portal.
